Aztech commandeered a tanker full of high octane fuel, and they plan to run that baby up to that bug infested dam, fill it up and turn on the barbecue. Only problem: They are running themselves thin on security forces, so they are asking for anyone able bodied or minded to help them make sure the fuel goes where it is supposed to go and gets lit.
