Bill is a contract Janitor that works as a fill in for several cleaning crews throughout seattle. He keeps his nose clean and his mouth shut which makes him a trustworthy temp and something of a lousy contact for shadowrunners. He is always willing to talk shop and provide generic janitor coveralls or cleaning supplies with no questions asked. For a hefty bribe he can probably get you a commlink # for the cleaning crew for almost any low to mid-security building in downtown Seattle.
