A Triad ‘426’ for the Octagon in Seattle, one of Ni Ni’s main concerns is ensuring that the business of the Octagon goes unmolested. She tries to keep abreast of the activities of other organizations operating in Seattle, with an eye to how they might affect the Octagon. Ni Ni is a beautiful Chinese woman who is equally comfortable using charm or pain to get what she wants. She is generally accompanied by no less than two Triad bodyguards, though rumors insist that she doesn’t actually need them. There are many who call her ‘The Shark’, but never to her face.
